TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions of business the followingdefinitions apply;

 ‘Platform’ means Mine2Love limited of 29 Manor Row Bradford BD1 4PS co. reg number 11426425.

 “Advertiser” means any company or business or individual advertising itself on the platform.

 ‘Customer’ means any person or legal entity whatsoever accessing the platform with a view to contracting with any Advertiser.

 2.     These Terms and Conditions are deemed to be accepted by any Advertiser upon placing their details with the platform and by anycustomer on entering the site operated by the platform.

3.     No alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a duly authorised official of thePlatform

4.     Every effort is made by the Platform to ensurethe suitability of the services or products provided or offered by theadvertisers. However the platform accepts no responsibility for any loss,expense or damage or disappointment occasioned arising from any agreemententered into between a Customer and an Advertiser.

5.     If a Customer pays an Advertiser or entrusts anAdvertiser with any money, securities or other valuables then such matters willbe at the sole risk of the Customer and the Platform shall not be liable forany loss or liability arising from any fraudulent dishonest or negligent act oromission by  or on the part of theAdvertiser.

6.     Every effort is made by the platform to ensurethat any information placed by an Advertiser on the Platform is factuallycorrect and complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to alljurisdictions in which such information is broadcast and specifically but notlimited to compliance with all regulations relating to the preventions ofdiscriminatory racist or offensive language or content whatsoever. However thePlatform does not accept liability or responsibility for any transgressions ofany such regulations and it is the sole responsibility of each Advertiser toensure compliance therewith.

7.     The Platform makes no warranties orrepresentations that any Customers who contact any advertiser will pay in fulland on time for any services or goods ordered from the Advertiser and any lossoccasioned by any failure so to pay is a matter entirely between the Advertiserand the Customer and the Platform accepts no responsibility howsoever the lossaccrued.

8.     The terms set out in these Terms and Conditionsrepresent the entire agreement between the parties .

9.     The laws of England govern this agreement andthe English courts shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute arising out ofthis agreement or the construction of any of its terms.

10.  Neitherparty shall be permitted to assign this agreement to  a third party.
